Who is Community Appraisal Services?

Community Appraisal began over ten years ago with real estate veteran Frederick Valicenti at the helm. Fostering a commitment to his clients and a detailed knowledge of the real estate business, Fred molded Community Appraisal into a successful company committed to maintaining the strictest standards of customer service, reliability and professionalism.

In July 2007, appraiser William Burns and Jennifer Tulenko took over as co-owners of the company. Bill and Jen were selected by Fred to take over the company, and aim to continue the course that Fred set, employing his business values and continuing to grow Community Appraisal.

At Community Appraisal, we not only understand the urgency of real estate appraisals but the importance of accuracy and thoroughness as well.
