Jennifer Tulenko, Co-Owner Appraiser

Jennifer has proudly and diligently served Southwestern Pennsylvania as a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser since 2007. Jennifer completed her required coursework for certification at Career Growth Real Estate Academy , Robert Morris University, and through the Realtors Institute of Metropolitan Pittsburgh. After completing her apprenticeship with Community Appraisal Services , Jennifer became Co-Owner of the company in September 2007. Jennifer's license has remained in good standing and she continues her education for license renewal and FHA certification through the Realtors Institute of Metropolitan Pittsburgh and the Appraisal Institute. Jennifer is experienced in the following software: ACI Report, Day One Nova and all Microsoft products.

Bill Burns,Co-Owner Appraiser

Bill has proudly and diligently served Southwestern Pennsylvania as Residential Real Estate Appraiser for more than 10 years. Bill completed his required coursework for certification at Community College of Allegheny County (1993), Polley Associates (1994-1995) and Robert Morris University (1995-1996). He completed his apprenticeship with the Kline Group (1996-2000) and worked as a staff appraiser there until he joined Community Appraisal Services as a staff appraiser in July of 2001. Bill is now a Co-Owner of Community Appraisal Services, as of September 2007. Bill continues his education, as required for license and FHA certifications, bi-annually at the Realtors Educational Institute. Bill is experienced in various types of appraisal software, including ACI Report, Day One Nova, Appraiser's Choice and all Microsoft products.

Shelia Schmutz, Staff Appraiser

Sheila has proudly and diligently served Southwestern Pennsylvania as General Real Estate Appraiser for more than fifteen years. Sheila completed her required coursework for certification at the Appraisal Institute and the Realtors Educational Institute. Sheila also holds a Real Estate Salespersons license and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive status). Sheila has worked for several CPA and Appraisal firms but currently enjoys working with Community Appraisal Services, since 2000. Sheila continues her education, as required for license and FHA certifications, bi-annually at the Realtors Educational Institute. Sheila is experienced in the following software: ACI Report, Day One Nova and all Microsoft products.
