Biography
Bill has proudly and diligently served Southwestern Pennsylvania as Residential Real Estate Appraiser for more than 10 years.
Bill completed his required coursework for certification at Community College of Allegheny County (1993), Polley Associates (1994-1995) and Robert Morris University (1995-1996). He completed his apprenticeship with the Kline Group (1996-2000) and worked as a staff appraiser there until he joined Community Appraisal Services as a staff appraiser in July of 2001. Bill is now a Co-Owner of Community Appraisal Services, as of September 2007. Bill continues his education, as required for license and FHA certifications, bi-annually at the Realtors Educational Institute.
Bill is experienced in various types of appraisal software, including ACI Report, Day One Nova, Appraiser's Choice and all Microsoft products.
