Biography
Jennifer has proudly and diligently served Southwestern Pennsylvania as a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser since 2007.
Jennifer completed her required coursework for certification at Career Growth Real Estate Academy , Robert Morris University, and through the Realtors Institute of Metropolitan Pittsburgh. After completing her apprenticeship with Community Appraisal Services , Jennifer became Co-Owner of the company in September 2007. Jennifer's license has remained in good standing and she continues her education for license renewal and FHA certification through the Realtors Institute of Metropolitan Pittsburgh and the Appraisal Institute.
Jennifer is experienced in the following software: ACI Report, Day One Nova and all Microsoft products.
