Biography
Sheila has proudly and diligently served Southwestern Pennsylvania as General Real Estate Appraiser for more than fifteen years.
Sheila completed her required coursework for certification at the Appraisal Institute and the Realtors Educational Institute. Sheila also holds a Real Estate Salespersons license and is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive status). Sheila has worked for several CPA and Appraisal firms but currently enjoys working with Community Appraisal Services, since 2000. Sheila continues her education, as required for license and FHA certifications, bi-annually at the Realtors Educational Institute.
Sheila is experienced in the following software: ACI Report, Day One Nova and all Microsoft products.
